1. License and Usage
Each ThriveCart template purchase includes a single personal license. This license allows the purchaser to use the template for personal or a one-business project.

The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. The template cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for any purpose other than the customer’s own project.

2. Included Materials
Each purchase includes a ThriveCart template, a corresponding Canva template, and a user guide/tutorials. These materials are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

3. Proprietary Rights
Odd Creatives owns the rights to all text, graphics, logos, trademarks within the template design in ThriveCart. Individual elements within the Canva template are subject to Canva’s own terms and licensing agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the templates or accompanying materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. In case of any issues with the template, please contact our support team at hello@oddcreatives.com for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability
Odd Creatives will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased templates. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the template.

6. Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of sale at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the templates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our templates will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of The Philippines.
